Wellbeing Check-In For a Virtual World

As we approach World Mental Health Day on 10th October, we want to recognise the impact the pandemic has had on peoples mental, physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing. Therefore, this session, delivered by Martin Roberts from Keep In Mind will help you to have effective conversations with people you interact with. This is a skill which will enable you to better understand and support both yourself and the people around you through the stresses often caused by the pandemic and the pace of modern life.

The session will help you to:

  • Understand how to better look after yourself
  • Have better conversations which put wellbeing at the heart and move past the 'I'm fine'
  • Stay resilient
