Step One – Before you make an application

Step Two – Completing an application form

To apply for a position at WMCA, please register on our Online Recruitment System and ensure that you submit your application form by the closing date specified. 

If you have a disability and are unable to complete an online application form, please contact 0121 214 7946 or email who will advise on the most appropriate way to submit your details.

Applying through our Online Recruitment System:

To apply online, click the 'Apply for' button next to the vacancy. This will take you to the login page where you can: 

  • Register with our secure Online Recruitment System if you are a new user, or
  • Login to your existing account.

Once registered, you will be able to login and complete an application, or submit a new application if you have already registered.

The benefits of using our Online Recruitment System:

  • By completing 'My Profile' your personal details will remain securely stored and you will not need to re-enter the information if making multiple or future applications.
  • You will also not need to re-enter information by completing 'My CV'. This section will also allow us to identify any particular vacancies that may be of interest to you.
  • Your 'Dashboard' allows you to see all of your information in one place.
  • 'My Applications' shows previous/in progress applications and will allow you to print your form.
  • You will receive email notifications of new vacancies as and when they are published on our website.
