West Midlands Combined Authority Shadow Board appoints Chair and Vice Chair

Councillor Bob Sleigh of Solihull Council has been elected Chair of the West Midlands Combined Authority Shadow Board and Councillor Darren Cooper of Sandwell Council elected Vice Chair at an inaugural meeting on Friday 21 August.
