Preventing MSK Injury

What you need to do
Develop MSK awareness among employees by providing accessible information about how they can look after their MSK health and what to do if they have a problem.

HSE have produced guidance on musculoskeletal disorders as well as a leaflet for 'Managing upper limb disorders in the workplace which can be found here.

Chartered Society of Physiotherapy has exercise leaflets and posters which you can download for desk exercises.

The NHS has a guide to common musculoskeletal disorders.

Get Britain Standing is campaign to grow awareness and educate on the dangers of sedentary behaviour.

Warwickshire County Council provides guidance on mental health and wellbeing, healthy lifestyles, school health and wellbeing, drug and alcohol support services, and how to keep yourself healthy.
