How Thrive at Work has impacted the organisation: Since joining Thrive, physical activity is promoted throughout the organisation. Band Hatton Button has introduced the Business Mile and from that, permission has been given to their staff to take 10-minute walk breaks when required, and they have been given an extra 15 minutes on their lunchbreak to also go out for a walk. HR staff has attended Mental Health workshops and proactively open up conversations with staff to discuss any issues or concerns.
