Thrive at Work is a workplace commitment with criteria and guidelines on creating a workplace that promotes employee health and wellbeing.
The programme will come to an end on 30 September 2026 and we are no longer accepting new enquiries.
The next steps for workplace health and wellbeing
We will be building on the successes of Thrive at Work - including supporting over 1,000 organisations and 300,000 staff members with wellbeing - and broadening out the programme.
We'll be developing a Good Work Charter that looks more widely at the features of a thriving workplace.
This includes fair pay, security, health and wellbeing, flexibility, inclusion, skills, development and opportunities for people to progress.
The Charter is still being developed and organisations involved in Thrive at Work will be at the forefront of this next approach.
To receive updates about the Good Work Charter and other future workplace initiatives, please register your interest.
I'm currently working towards an accreditation
Our Thrive at Work team will continue to support you through your usual meetings and will help you get as much value as possible before the end of September.
