Throughout the year and at PMR points, the WMCA assess performance against criteria to determine whether providers meet their obligations as set in contractual agreements related to quality assurance and raising standards.

Your allocated Skills Delivery Officer and/or Relationship Manager will support you monthly with performance reviews, as well as the key performance management points.
