The Mayor hosts regular Q&A sessions for residents to pose any questions they may have about his policies and priorities.
The events have seen residents raise a wide range of issues from crime and transport to housing, jobs, the cost of living, the environment, and more.

The next Ask the Mayor Anything event will take place at Sandwell College on Wednesday 16 September 2026, from 6pm to 7.30pm.
This is your opportunity to come along and put your questions directly to Mayor of the West Midlands Richard Parker about the issues that matter to you and your community.

Time: 6pm-7.30pm
Location: Sandwell College
When booking, you'll also have the opportunity to submit the question you would like to pose to the Mayor.
We aim to answer as many questions as possible at the event, but depending on the numbers attending this may not be possible.
We intend to answer any questions not answered on the night, after the event by email.
