Published: Tuesday 11 Jul 2023

Andy Street, Mayor of the West Midlands and chair of the WMCA will be answering questions from the public at his latest public question time session in Mosley later this month.

The upcoming ‘Ask Andy’ event takes place on Wednesday July 19th from 6pm – 7pm at The Village in Moseley (179 Alcester Rd, Birmingham B13 8JR).

Residents can ask the Mayor about any local issues that are impacting their community, such as public transport, job opportunities or affordable housing.

Andy said: “I’m keen to hear about the issues that most matter to residents in Moseley and neighbouring areas by giving them the chance to come and quiz me directly about the work we’re doing to improve our region.

“These events are an opportunity for attendees to learn more about the efforts underway across a wide range of areas - including jobs, housing and transport.

“I look forward to an engaging and productive conversation with local people keeping me on my toes in a celebration of local democracy.”

It is advised to book a space to confirm your attendance, but this is not essential, see the Eventbrite page for more information.
