Alison Grade
Inspirational Educator
Through her TV and Film Fusion and Step Up to HOD programmes, Alison supports learners at every stage of their journey—from those just starting out to experienced professionals ready to lead. Her approach is inclusive, practical, and deeply empowering, helping individuals from all backgrounds—including those with autism and ADHD—gain the confidence, skills, and networks they need to thrive.
Alison and her team create safe, supportive learning environments that recognise and celebrate neurodiversity. Her courses are designed with flexibility and structure in mind, offering clear pathways, mentoring, and real-world experience that help neurodivergent learners succeed on their own terms.
Her work is closely aligned with the West Midlands Combined Authority’s (WMCA) investment in the region’s creative economy. Through Skills Bootcamps and partnerships with local schools and colleges, WMCA and Mission Accomplished are building a more inclusive, skilled, and sustainable creative workforce—one that reflects the diversity and talent of the region.
Alison’s impact is not only felt in classrooms and studios, but across the region’s growing screen sector—where she continues to champion opportunity, equity, and excellence.
