Find Your Future ESF Project

This project is part-funded by European Social Fund

 

If you are aged 18 or over and not in education or employment, there is support available to help you access employment opportunities created through Birmingham Commonwealth Games and Coventry UK City of Culture 2021.

Through the Jobs and Skills Academy, the West Midlands Combined Authority has secured £5.2m of funding to deliver the “Find Your Future” project.  The project is part funded by the European Social Fund and will support over 3,500 local people access employment and training opportunities in the region.

The project is open to residents who live in the Black Country LEP area, Coventry and Warwickshire LEP area and Birmingham and Solihull LEP area.

What Support is Available?

Our delivery partners, Shaw Trust and Coventry City Council will provide dedicated 1:1 support to help you with:

  • Identifying employment opportunities
  • Accessing training
  • CV Writing
  • Interview techniques

The Find Your Future ESF programme will run until December 2023 and will support residents before, during and after the Commonwealth Games.
