Ideal for All

The Community Environment Network aims to connect community groups working on environment action, boost their efforts, and also inspire and support new groups.

Ideal for All is a user-led registered charity and social enterprise working to make life better for disabled, elderly and vulnerable people and their carers.

Throughout March they will be able to coproduce new wildlife habitats at Malthouse Garden in Smethwick next to Galton Bridge Station and their Independent Living Centre.

For many participants, this will be their first opportunity to engage with nature, build confidence outdoors and shape ideas that actively support biodiversity.

Activities will include creating composting areas, bug habitats and feeders, giving people different ways to connect with nature while encouraging wildlife into the area.
