Supporting Warmer Homes

One in 10 households across the West Midlands can’t afford to heat their homes, with an income that’s outweighed by the price of energy.

Through our Energy Capital team, we’re helping to secure and distribute the investment required to retrofit homes across the region. Through programmes such as our Net Zero Neighbourhood demonstrator, with the first demonstrator in Dudley, and our Warm Homes Saves Lives work. We are working towards improving housing for everyone within the region as well as thousands of local jobs for those involved in delivering these programmes.
