Interchange Station
Interchange Station will not only offer the opportunity to provide high speed rail services to Birmingham and the wider West Midlands region.
The new HS2 Interchange Station will serve a wide area of the West Midlands. It will provide links into HS2 from Solihull Town Centre, Coventry, Kenilworth, the east side of Birmingham, Sutton Coldfield, Tamworth and Nuneaton. It will also provide access to the National Exhibition Centre (NEC), Birmingham International station and Birmingham Airport.
Interchange Station will not only offer the opportunity to provide high speed rail services to Birmingham and the wider region; it will also catalyse economic growth in the area immediately adjacent to Birmingham Airport and the NEC, known as UK Central Hub.
