The Circular Economy Call to Action Fund provides grants of up to £5,000 to help community groups and social enterprises deliver local circular economy projects that help people save money, build skills, and create stronger communities.
Who can apply?
Community groups, charities, CICs and social enterprises delivering projects across the West Midlands Combined Authority area. Only organisations that have signed up to the Community Environment Network can apply.
What can be funded?
We want to support projects that:
- Reduce waste and keep resources in use for longer
- Help local people save money
- Engage residents and community organisations in project activities
- Create a lasting legacy that goes beyond the funding period

All applications need to be submitted to environment@wmca.org.uk by 23:59 on 4th October 2026.
