Bronze Level Explained

The Bronze level of Thrive at Work focuses on providing appropriate information to enable employees to make healthier choices on a variety of subjects and signposting to support services.

The organisation must implement effective/supportive policies and good line manager procedures. Along with relevant statutory legislation. Have appropriate ways of communicating with staff, in addition to providing a safe supportive working environment.

Meeting the Bronze Level should not involve significant financial investment but will require some dedicated staff time to drive the programme forward and upload the evidence to receive accreditation.
