Do projects need to operate within initial budgets outlined in the EOIs?
The budgets in the EOI were indicative. In your proposal to Innovate UK a fully costed budget will be required, at most requesting £15m in grant award.
Can CICs claim %100 of costs?
Yes, for non-economic activity. Otherwise, the same intervention rates apply as for other economic organisations.
