Making an application to the WMCA for personal information:
You have a right to get access to the personal information that we hold about you. This is known as a subject access request.
The WMCA will generally process your request within one month of receipt However, the WMCA will have a longer period of time to process your request where the information you have requested is of a complex nature. We will inform you within one month of receipt of your request if extra time is required.
Generally the WMCA will not charge a fee for providing such information, however, where a request is excessive a reasonable fee may be charged for the administration costs of complying with the request.
